Citizens can now subscribe to our Citizen Notification System that will keep them informed about any emergencies in any ZIP codes that are of interest to them. Any individual can subscribe to VIGICENS, VigiComm’s Citizen Emergency Notification System, to receive location aware messages using any communication device such as text or voice over cell phones or traditional land lines, email, pager, or fax.

Citizen subscribers will now receive alerts issued by Federal agencies such as NOAA, DHS, CDC, TSA and other reliable sources, provided the location of alert is of interest to them. They can add or remove locations if they are traveling or if their family/friends are traveling so that they can stay informed.
